- Custom or personalized items, as well as items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Glass products are not eligible for return.

SHIPPING AND FEES
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store.
- The customer will not be charged any fees for returning or exchanging the item.
- We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.
REFUNDS
